ICNP 2005
May 2, 2005
I'm trying to write a paper for the 2005 International Conference on Network Protocols. The deadline is this Friday and my advisor said of my most recent draft that I needed to cultivate a greater "sense of emergency" concerning the pending deadline. Gulp. Following his advice (that's why he's called my advisor I guess), I'm spending all my waking hours in my office/lab trying to put together the best paper I can.
Some advice to myself for next time:
Learn the fundamentals of data presentation. I'm wasting too much time trying to find the best type of graphs for my data.
Remember to back up everything before you make major changes.
Prepare with more Mountain Dew.
